Quilchena Drive - New Construction

Quilchena was the first home I designed, built and did the interior for when I first moved to Kelowna in 2004.  I won the prestigious Tommie Award for

'Best Interior Design for a home over $1 million'.

This home was a colourful home on the outside with warm colors on the inside.The flow of the house was exceptional, capturing an incredible lake view while being very functional and family friendly.

This house set a record sale price in Kettle Valley after selling in only 5 days.
