Lydford Place - Complete Renovation

This house is a beautiful example of how you can take an old, badly dated home with a terrible floorplan...tear it down to the studs...and turn it into something Gorgeous!  Just completed in 2014, everything was torn out and replaced, creating a dream home that increased in value by over $200,000 in just 12 weeks! 

I designed the entire floor plan, chose all finishings, project through until every last detail was done to perfection. I love seeing a vision and then having the opportunity to see that vision become reality. I am so proud of this project and look forward to more like it!
